About our Director:
Dr Paul Hutchinson LLB (Hons), LLM (Wales), Ph.D, Grad.PLL, M.I.P.W.
Paul graduated from the University of Wales (Aberystwyth) with a Law degree and Masters in International Business Law, he completed a Ph.D in 2003. A fluent French speaker and writer he has a working knowledge of German, and Italian.
Prior to founding Hutchinson Legal & Associates he worked for Legal Budgets Ltd, the RAC Personal Injury Practice and Lyons Davidson Solicitors (Bristol) where he was offered a role specialising in Advocacy.
His extensive experience includes dealing with Ministry of Defence multi-million pound claims for injury, terminal disease and fatalities as well as private Client work.
About our Firm:
Hutchinson Legal & Associates is an official representative of the Royal National Institute for the Blind as well as being a full member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters and the National Association of Licensed Paralegals. We are also members of the Federation of Small Businesses.
The firm is comprised of professional will writers and legal / business consultants - there are no Solicitors and the firm is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The firm does however hold a minimum of £2million Professional Indemnity Insurance, £5million Public Liability insurance and undertakes Continuing Professional Development over the course of a calendar year.
