Dr Paul Hutchinson LLB (Hons), LLM, PhD
I graduated from the University of Wales (Aberystwyth) with a Law degree and Masters in International Business Law. I completed my PhD in 2003. I am a fluent French speaker and writer with a working knowledge of German, Italian, Russian, Hebrew and Welsh.
I have worked for Legal Budgets Ltd, Lyons Davidson Solicitors (Bristol) and the RAC Personal Injury Practice, and was offered a role specialising in Advocacy.
I have extensive experience in dealing with Ministry of Defence multi-million pound claims for injury, terminal disease and fatalities as well as private client work.
I have given talks at Solicitors' Costs Conferences with regards to what Solicitors can charge their Clients, estimation of costs etc as well as talks to Defendant and Claimant Solicitors about how best to manage their claims to protect the welfare of their Clients.
I am a member of the National Association of Licensed Paralegals. I am not a Solicitor nor am I regulated by the Law Society.
