Whether or not we have drafted a Client's Will, we offer estate administration services.
We do not encourage our appointment as Executors of Wills, however those people who have been entrusted with the task of carrying out the last wishes of a loved one may require some advice and assistance in tying up the affairs.
Client's requirements range from a simple meeting to discuss how they go about obtaining probate, to the need to undertake some post-death tax planning by way of an Instrument of Variation.
We will assist you the Client as little or as much as is required by you.
