We believe that legal advice should be affordable for everyone. So, if you have a problem that you want to discuss with a legal consultant, don't let the worry of high fees put you off. Please call us.
All work is undertaken on a fixed fee or hourly rate basis. To comply with the accepted rules, you will always be given a quotation for the projected costs and regular updates throughout the course of your case.
Please enquire for specific costs and we will gladly give you a quotation.
Please note that Hutchinson (Legal) & Associates are not like most legal firms.
We do not charge for:
Telephone calls received from Clients
Initial personal meetings
Monthly file reviews
Travel time *
* Travel time will be only charged for clients who live outside a 1 hour driving radius from my head office. Any travel expenses such as bridge tolls / train fares may be chargeable.
